Nigel Wright is working with a global organisation that’s looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Support Manager to lead a customer service focused team. This is a pivotal role within the Sales Operations function, offering the opportunity to shape processes, enhance dealer relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.

About the role:
The Sales Support Manager will coordinate and guide a team dedicated towards improving sales and dealer relations, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a team of 6 Customer Service Advisors, you will coordinate and manage the team's tasks which will include processing orders, maintaining dealer databases and dealing with dealer enquiries.
* Managing dealer relationships, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Overseeing daily operations including order processing, CRM case management, and ERP data accuracy.
* Owning key platforms such as the dealer portal and order entry system.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support wider sales planning.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments.
Experience / Skills
* Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar operational role.
* Previous leadership experience and a people-first approach.
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
* A full UK driving licence (some travel may be required)
