I am exclusively working with a Housing Association based in Lincolnshire to recruit for a Project Manager to join their digital change team.

As Project Manager you’ll be working on a change initiative designed to improve how the associations works, supports its people and its customers. You’ll take ownership of a wide range of project, from scoping and planning through to delivery and implementation. It is key to ensure that change is not just implemented, it is embraced across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of impactful projects that support better services and stronger communities. You will work closely with teams to introduce new systems, processes and ways of working to make sure they stick. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key, ensuring everyone is on board and pulling in the same direction.
You will be tracking progress, manage risks and keep everyone informed through updates. You’ll also support adoption through training, communication, and hands-on guidance, while measuring the impact of change and using insights to continuously improve how things are done.
There some essential experiences required for this role:
* Agile Methodology
* Project Management qualification (Prince 2, APM, AgilePM)
* Have worked in Social Housing
This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to be able to work in the office and remotely. So being within a commutable distance of Lincolnshire will be essential.
The salary on offer is £54,000 with some great benefits.
