Immediate start, 35 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm (40 weeks per year)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and efficient HR administrator to expand their knowledge and skills in a fast-paced environment. The HR and CPD Assistants main responsibilities will include recruitment, coordinating the interview process, onboarding, and supporting all elements of the employee lifecycle. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the HR Manager with payroll, general day-to-day HR administration, and running of the department, as well as staff training and development programmes.
The ideal candidate will be highly competent at multi-tasking, have impeccable attention to detail, a flexible approach to duties and extra hours, good communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, ability to work with minimum supervision, and the ability to prioritise. A minimum of 1 years HR experience is essential, with experience in the public sector and/or education, as well as knowledge of Bromcom information systems, being desirable.
