At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as Lettings Property Lister to complement our fantastic residential lettings team in Coventry.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister
* Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
* Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A Full UK driving license
