Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with prescription handling, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Organise and manage customer appointments with efficiency and professionalism
Provide tailored product and service recommendations based on individual needs

About You
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing retail or healthcare setting
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and empathetic approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with weekend rotation
