Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking inspiring and motivated Primary Teachers to fulfil long-term positions within local Primary Schools across Hampshire. These roles are temporary on either an ongoing or scheduled basis.
What can you expect as a Primary teacher on a long-term basis through Reed?
* Competitive pay rates: To begin the placement, an agreed rate dependant on expectations of the placement will be negotiated and confirmed. We will provide the best possible rate for you.
* Designated Specialist Consultant: A specialist consultant to support you with all aspects, including registration, compliance clearance, placement and support throughout.
* Role expectations: Should you be placed as a long-term supply teacher, this would mean you would be covering within a particular school for an extended period of time with reduced responsibility such as teaching, marking and no additional homework! Should you go in with full responsibility, this would match the expectations of a permanent teaching staff member.
* Ability to work on a temporary basis: Meaning no permanent commitment and an excellent opportunity for new teachers or professionals returning to the sector!
Salary expectations: Supply long-term – expected between £130-160 per day. Full responsibility would provide a higher rate, rising to full pay scale after 12 weeks.
