We are looking for an energetic and fun early years practitioner/s to join our warm and established team. The ideal candidate will have a fun friendly nature and be able to think on their feet.
The applicant must hold a relevant level 2 or 3 early years qualification under the new guidance set out by the DFE. You must be able to plan appropriate activities that inspire learning, encourage bravery and curiosity, helping children to reach their full potential. Working well within a team is essential and a keen interest in children's well being is paramount. Knowledge of the key worker role is required and an understanding of early years development matter (EYFS) is key. We would prefer a valid first aid certificate and safeguarding training, although not essential.
Hours are 7.45am - 4.15pm Monday to Friday, term time (38 weeks per year)
Salary is pro rata paid monthly

* Provide high-quality care and education to preschool children, fostering their development and learning through engaging activities.
* Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to safeguarding protocols.
* Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support children's needs and progress.
* Collaborate with team members to implement early childhood education programs and manage classroom activities.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and behavior, ensuring compliance with pre school standards.
