Nursery Officer
Ealing Council is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Officer to join one of its early years settings, supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about child development and committed to supporting children to thrive in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

35 hours per weekPay Rate
£20 per hour (Umbrella) (£16 PAYE an hour)Key Responsibilities
Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Deliver high-quality childcare and educational activities appropriate to children under 5
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress and development records
Support children with a range of needs, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and council policies at all timesEssential Requirements
Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 – full and relevant)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good knowledge of EYFS and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
