Role Overview
As a Strategy Operations Manager on our Founders Team, you will be at the center of Verto's most critical initiatives. This high-impact role requires you to tackle mission-critical challenges, blending structured strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. Strategy Operations Manager
to join our Founders Team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting bi-annual planning cycles and goal-setting processes across all functions.
* Creating internal performance reports and insight packs for leadership.
* Partnering across the business to drive cross-functional projects and solve a variety of business problems.
* Working alongside senior leaders to evaluate new opportunities and track execution against key priorities.
* Contributing to fundraising materials and investor updates.
* Owning special projects and taking on urgent cross-functional needs as they arise.
What You Need
* 4+ years in a strategy, operations, or a similar high-performance role.
* A strong mix of strategic thinking and executional rigor.
* Highly analytical with a structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving.
* Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects or workstreams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
* A collaborative mindset and a strong bias for action.
Best If You Have
* Experience in management consulting, fintech, or a high-growth startup.
* Direct experience working in or with emerging markets.
