Location: Based in our Skegness Hub.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. The partnership is a collaboration between Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact, combining expertise in substance use, lived experience, recovery, and supporting complex issues.
Our ‘Recovery First’ model emphasizes lived experience recovery, fully integrated and visible throughout our services. Residents of Lincolnshire will benefit from a highly localized and integrated approach, addressing multiple issues across the county.

As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,116, rising annually in line with our pay bands, reaching up to £29,383 per year. (Depending on experience, you may be offered a higher starting salary.)

Role Responsibilities
Recovery workers act as ‘key workers’ for a caseload of service users, supporting them to set treatment goals and develop plans to achieve these. The role involves maintaining regular contact, providing advice, information, psycho-social interventions, assessments, risk management, and working closely with clinical staff and partner agencies. Effective communication, task management, and alignment with Turning Point values are essential. Experience with lived substance use, mental health, or homelessness issues is valued, but transferable skills from health and social care are also welcomed.
The Ideal Candidate
You should understand substance and alcohol use challenges and opportunities for recovery. Transferable skills from mental health, housing, or other health and social care backgrounds are also valued. Flexibility, dynamic working, and knowledge of relapse and barriers to recovery are important, and we offer training to develop these skills. Excellent communication skills and shared organizational values are essential. We also offer a Trainee Recovery Worker program for those without all relevant experience, providing entry-level opportunities to grow within the organization.

Our total reward package includes:
