A fast-growing, entrepreneurial group is looking for a commercially minded leader to own and evolve its self-assessment offering.
With an outsourced delivery team already in place and a go-to-market strategy ready to build on, were hiring someone who can take full ownership of the function from operations to commercials and drive it forward.
?? What youll be doing:
* Lead and manage the external accountancy/admin delivery team
* Own and optimise the self-assessment go-to-market strategy
* Take full P&L responsibility for the service line
* Report directly to the Board (including FD, SD, and CEO)
* Work cross-functionally to align service delivery and commercial growth
?? Were looking for someone who:
* Has a strong grasp of the self-assessment landscape (ideally SA100, sole traders, landlords, etc.)
* Knows how to run a business unit - not just deliver tax returns
* Can confidently manage senior stakeholders and influence board-level decision-making
* Is resilient, innovative, and able to balance operational and commercial priorities
