Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for a flexible part-time role?
We're looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team at Clients team in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working with suppliers and supporting a busy finance function.

£14 per hour
Part-time, 14 hours per week (2 full days or spread across 3 shorter days - your choice, set days each week)
Permanent contract
Holiday allowance pro rata (28 days including bank holidays for full-time equivalent)
Training provided on Sage software
📝 What You'll Be Doing
Processing supplier delivery notes, invoices, and updating records in Sage
Checking supplier statements against accounts and requesting missing paperwork when needed
Liaising with suppliers to chase PODs/copy documents
General filing and admin to support the Finance Controller
👤 What We're Looking For
Previous admin experience (essential)
Good computer literacy and confident using MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in spoken and written English
Knowledge of purchase ledger processes is helpful but not essential
Eager to learn - Sage training will be given
