We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Pastoral Care Manager who will lead on safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, personal development and extended day provision. Our school rules are: be mindful, be ready, be safe. As our Pastoral Care Manager, you will be non-class based and lead a small team. You will work in close partnership with the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in the school: the Head of School and the Assistant Head teacher, as well as the SENDCo. You will be a member of our leadership team and continue to build on our strong partnership working with wider services, including CAMHS, School Well-Being Service, Early Help, our Education Welfare Officer and health professionals.
