The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator you’ll be responsible for generating and managing property sales booking and conducting viewings arranging valuations maintaining client relationships and achieving monthly targets. You’ll bring energy ambition and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
* Liaise daily with buyers sellers and potential clients
* Book and conduct property viewings encouraging second viewings and offers
* Record and update customer information on internal systems
* Progress sales through to completion liaising with solicitors and clients
* Generate new business through proactive prospecting and valuations
* Maintain accurate administrative and compliance records
* Deliver exceptional service and uphold company values
Experience & Qualities Required
* Minimum 2 years experience in residential sales
* Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised target-driven and self-motivated
* Confident professional and a true team player
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
