Who We're Looking ForA Proven Project Leader: 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data centre, or logistics projects.A Strategic Thinker: A track record of business transformation, operational excellence, and driving high-growth environments.A Technical Expert: Experience in M&E, HVAC, fabrication, and complex industrial project delivery, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale commercial builds.A Commercially Minded Leader: Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement strategies, and P&L accountability.A People-Centric Leader: Passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving measurable results.A Compliance & Safety Champion: Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, risk mitigation, and health & safety best practices.Degree-Educated in Engineering: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Your Background Might Include:Project Director / Head of Projects experience in Manufacturing Plant Builds, Data Centres, M&E, Heavy Industrial, Logistics, or Large-Scale Commercial Fit-Outs.Extensive experience leading multi-million-pound, complex installation projects, from initial concept to commissioning.Expertise in manufacturing facility construction, factory expansions, industrial site development, and advanced engineering solutions.A career background with main contractors, commercial real estate developers, international construction services firms, or specialist engineering consultancies, delivering large-scale, high-value projects.Strong understanding of contracting principles (JCT, NEC3/4), APM or PMP qualifications, and technical project management methodologies.
