Are you a dynamic and ambitious leader with a record of school improvement looking for a new challenge, or an experienced leader with the potential to support our school at an exciting stage in its development? Do you have experience in overseeing whole school behaviour?
Our successful candidate will be a talented, inspiring and highly motivated leader who can build on the significant improvements made by the Senior Leadership Team in recent years and take the school to new levels of success. You’ll find a well-kept physical environment and a culture of high aspiration. We expect our students to Believe – Achieve – and Succeed.
The school is expanding, with a growing Sixth Form studying both BTEC and A-Level subjects and new forms added at Year 7 in the last few academic years. We are also anticipating the forthcoming opening of our new dedicated Science Block with purpose-built lab facilities. This presents a tremendous opportunity to further develop our vibrant school community.
We want our students, whatever their background or ability, to have the best possible all-round education to prepare them to take their place in society. We pride ourselves on our inclusive approach and seek to promote positive values in all aspects of school life.
For the right candidate the role provides an exciting challenge with significant opportunities for professional and personal development.
If you believe you can make a positive contribution to our students’ success and support our culture and values with passion then we look forward to receiving your application.
We encourage candidates to visit our school and meet our brilliant staff and students for themselves prior to applying.
