*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Islington*
*Full Time Position - 8.45-5.45 Monday-Friday, & Occasional Saturdays*
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Islington area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by three Clinical Partners, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to both Angel & Highbury & Islington stations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
* Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
* Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
* Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
* Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
* If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
