The role
Due to our continued growth, we seek a diligent graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.
* Assist the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market-mapping projects.
* Maintain and develop a comprehensive database and talent pool.
* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
* Engage proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques.
* Manage candidate engagement and relationships post-screening.
* Collaborate to produce shortlists and candidate profiles.
* Expand market knowledge through events and industry literature.
