You will be required to:
Work alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day living
Complete household tasks, meal planning and preparation.
Maintain relationships with family and friends
Support access to the community.
Completing audit and staff supervisions
Medication observations to ensure best practice and compliance with organisational policies.
Support the day-to-day running of the service
Act as a role model for the staff team, provide guidance and mentoring to support workers
Contribute and maintain high standards of care, safety, and record keeping.
Must Have:

Full Time Position – 37.5 hours per week. This will include weekend, evening and overnight shifts (Sleep in/ Waking night). Additional hours are also available to cover annual leave, training and sickness as required.
