We are looking to recruit a Full Time Deputy Manager to join our expanding team of dedicated practitioners, in our friendly, successful and vibrant Nursery. The successful candidate will be required to support the setting Manager and lead the practitioners in upholding the quality of care and education of the children. Following the ethos of Learning through play.
The successful candidate must have:
· A recognised qualification in Early Years Education at minimum of NVQ3.
· At least 5 years’ experience working in an Early Years setting.
· Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
· Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
· Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
· Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
The position is 40+ hours per week.
For the successful candidate an enhanced DBS checks and two acceptable references will be required.
