Our client is currently looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their busy Blackburn workshop. This is a fantastic chance to utilise your skills in a professional environment that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

1. Competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £43,000 depending on experience and qualifications
2. Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,500 including productivity and time saved bonuses
3. Full-time, permanent position with regular working hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus one in three Saturday mornings
4. Manufacturer accredited training schemes and hybrid & electric training to support your professional growth

Duties:
6. Carrying out vehicle health checks and pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
7. Performing routine servicing and repairs following manufacturer guidelines
8. Fitting additional accessories as requested by customers
9. Completing minor repairs and electrical/mechanical diagnoses
10. Conducting road tests to ensure all faults are correctly identified and resolved
11. Accurately completing all workshop documentation and relevant paperwork
Requirements:
12. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally within a dealership environment
13. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification essential
14. Full UK driving licence required
15. Self-motivated, ambitious, with a keen eye for detail and high standards of work
16. Ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
17. Experience working with brands is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training will be provided
