What You'll Be Doing: Managing and coordinating field engineer schedules across the UK & Ireland Booking customer visits for maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, and breakdowns Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm appointments Creating job records in SAP and other scheduling systems Preparing quotes for parts and labour, and overseeing repair jobs from start to finish Tracking warranty claims and maintaining calibration/tool registers Keeping vehicle records, safety cards, and induction documents up to date Participating in weekly planning meetings and supporting with general admin tasksWhat You'll Bring: Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines Clear and confident communication, especially over the phone A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude Solid IT skills - Microsoft Office is essential; SAP/Protean experience is a bonus A collaborative team spirit, with the ability to work independently Familiarity with health & safety procedures and logistics in the UK & Irelan...
