Description
* Client Management: Primary client contact, relationship building, meeting handling
* Technical Work: Prepare/review financial statements (UK GAAP/FRS 102), manage audits, handle tax computations, review VAT returns
* Team Leadership: Supervise juniors, delegate work, provide training, participate in reviews
* Practice Development: Identify new service opportunities, assist with proposals
* Quality Control: Ensure adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
Additional Responsibilities
* Project management across multiple clients
* Developing technical specializations
* Advising on accounting technology solutions
Profile
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
* 3-5 years practice experience
* Strong technical knowledge
* Emerging leadership skills
Functions as the bridge between junior staff and partners, requiring both technical expertise and people management abilities.
