Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
* Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
* Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
* Conducting thorough title investigations and resolve any arising issues.
* Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Keep clients regularly updated on the progress of their cases.
* Support junior team members and contribute to team development where necessary.
Successful Applicant
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have / be;
* A Solicitor likely to be around 5 years PQE
* Proven experience in managing residential property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ties to either Harrogate or Ilkley
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Confident communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
