The Team
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented paralegal to join our growing Structured Finance team within a leading international law firm. This role offers hands on exposure to high quality, complex transactions and the chance to work closely with experienced legal professionals and major international clients.
6+ months of relevant structured finance experience.
Job Responsibilities
* Use precedents to draft basic structured finance documentation.
* Assist with post completion registrations or other steps that may be needed.
* Produce transaction bibles and distributing original documents at the end of transactions.
* Liaise with clients and counterparties in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
* Draft emails and correspondence on behalf of fee earners.
Required experience, skills, and attributes
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous banking experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
