Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment? Join a leading industrial power systems organisation as a Transport Planner, where youll play a key role in planning and managing global customer shipments. Full training in global export regulations will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage the shipping of customer orders to a global network of distribution and OEM partners
* Liaise with internal departments (Customer Services, Warehouse, Transportation) and external customers
* Complete export documentation, including proformas, labels, and shipping notes
* Coordinate with customers and carriers to arrange and ensure timely bookings
* Facilitate the freight invoice process, managing carrier invoices through to payment and resolving exceptions
* Support time-sensitive deadlines and business needs, which may require flexible working hours to ensure shipments leave on time
