As an FP&A Analyst, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering critical financial planning, analysis, and reporting to both regional and group leadership. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple regions and business units
* Preparing, analysing, and presenting key financial reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
* Developing, maintaining, and enhancing sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning and long-term forecasting
* Providing insightful variance analysis by investigating financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
* Partnering closely with finance, operational, and commercial teams across geographies to deliver financial insights and challenge assumptions
* Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including preparation of board and executive-level materials
* Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting tools, and systems
* Assisting in strategic projects, including business transformation initiatives, investment evaluations, and operational efficiency programmes
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) with experience in commercial finance or FP&A
* Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within a large, complex, multinational organisation
* Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel skills essential
* Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams globally
* Sector experience within logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or a related area would be advantageous
* Commercially astute, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed international environment
