Responsibilities
* Supervising classrooms during teachers\' absences, ensuring students stay focused and on task
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and supporting student learning
* Maintaining a positive, calm, and productive classroom environment
* Managing behaviour confidently and effectively, in line with school policies
* Reporting back to teaching staff with feedback on the day\'s activities

What We\'re Looking For
* Experience is a must: You\'ll have worked as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role before
* Excellent behaviour management skills - you know how to keep students engaged and respectful
* Adaptable and confident following lesson plans in varying school settings
* Must hold a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
