Job Description
You will be part of a supportive team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy prison facility. As an Operational Support Grade, your duties will include security and search procedures at the gate, managing deliveries, supervising visitors, monitoring phone calls and CCTV, and performing various tasks that combine desk work with physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and walking.
Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, requiring good communication skills, calmness under pressure, and sound judgment. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the organization.
