QHSE Manager – Operational Health & Safety, ISO & Facilities Compliance Location: Bedfordshire Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus Working pattern: Primarily site-based, with some flexibility once established An established, growing multi-site business is looking to appoint a hands-on QHSE Manager to take ownership of operational Health & Safety, ISO management systems and facilities compliance across its UK operations. This is a broad, practical role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on site and working closely with operational teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe working practices, supporting ISO compliance, improving site standards and ensuring key facilities and contractor controls are properly managed. This is not a purely strategic or remote QHSE role. It will suit someone who is comfortable combining management systems and compliance work with day-to-day operational activity such as inductions, risk assessments, contractor reviews, site inspections, H&S observations and incident follow-up.
