Our client is a boutique, privately owned construction consultancy specialising in commercial dispute resolution and expert witness services. They've recently expanded under new leadership and are building a talented, close-knit team to support steady and sustainable growth!
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised Team Assistant who enjoys variety and working closely with multiple teams. You'll provide administrative support to the HR, Finance, and Office Management functions, with the role initially focusing on data entry and documentation as part of a wider systems project. Over time, it will develop into a broader team support position, offering plenty of scope to grow and take on more responsibility.
You'll be joining a small, welcoming team in a modern Central London office, where collaboration and initiative are valued. This role would suit someone early in their career who's motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn in a professional services environment.
You'll also have the chance to get involved in light marketing activities, such as updating the company website, posting on social media, and assisting with internal content
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR, Finance, and Office Management teams
2. Assist with data entry, database management, and the transfer of key business information to new systems
3. Support with timesheets, documentation, and internal processes
4. Liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
5. Assist with occasional project or marketing support tasks (e.g. helping with internal communications or event materials)
6. Act as a helpful, hands-on presence in the office, supporting team needs and helping things run smoothly
7. Support light marketing and communications activities, including updating the company website, social media channels, and internal content
8. Assist with creating or coordinating marketing materials such as digital posts, newsletters, and event communications
About You
9. Prior experience in an administrative, office, or team support role
10. Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
11. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
12. A team player who enjoys helping others and getting stuck in
13. Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style
14. Keen to learn and develop in a growing, people-focused business
15. Must be happy to work full-time in the office (Monday-Friday) initially
