Location: Covering both Norwich and Ipswich area Pay: £18.20 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role: We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Operatives to join the Voids Team with a leading facilities management contractor. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of multi-trade maintenance tasks across void (vacant) properties in both Norwich and Ipswich area, helping prepare homes for new tenants. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded operative with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Experience fitting fire doors is a plus, but not essential.
