Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for each event, working closely with senior team members
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across email, web, paid channels, PR and partnerships, ensuring each activity is delivered within deadline and to budget
• Help manage and update event websites, working with content and digital performance teams to ensure content is accurate and engaging
• Support the creation of email campaigns, helping to drive registrations, conversions and engagement
• Liaise with media and existing partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met
• Work with the design team to brief marketing assets such as social graphics, website banners, digital ads and onsite graphics
• Help maintain and monitor campaign trackers, timelines, and budgets, including processing POs and tracking invoices
• Assist with post-campaign reporting, helping the team to track KPIs and identify key insights
• Support the marketing team on-site at events, helping with visitor engagement, social media, and content capture
• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product and Operations to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
Skills Required:
* A passion for marketing and a keen interest in events and retail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and getting involved in all aspects of campaign delivery
* Results-focused, able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, social media platforms and AI, and beneficial if you’ve used CMS or ESP platforms before (such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Hubspot)
* Fluent in English (verbal and written) and demonstrate ability to communicate confidently
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field – desirable
