This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT who is eager to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster a love for mathematics. As a Maths Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable). Inspire students to develop confidence and curiosity in mathematical concepts and problem-solving. Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies. Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices. Uphold high standards of behaviour, promoting respect and responsibility among pupils. Requirements for Maths Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is mandatory. Experience teaching Mathematics across secondary key stages. Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
