The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Court of Protection Lawyers alongside other paralegals.
Ensuring delivery of all administrative and paralegal requests for the Court of Protection Department are progressive, efficient and compliant and align with the firm's vision of delivering exceptional legal experience.

Primary Responsibilities Include
To support the Lawyer with conduct of the file in the day to day running of their cases.
Dealing with client, deputy and third party stake holder queries and correspondence, progressing matters and ensuring excellent standards of service to clients is met at all times.
Attendance at client/deputy meetings, taking accurate and comprehensive notes.
Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professional both over the phone and by email.
Responsible for diarising due dates, tasks and reminders.
Drafting a variety of court documents, benefit applications and any other official applications required.
Prepare financial sections of the annual report for the OPG.
Communicating and making arrangements with suitable trades people.
Obtaining quotes.
Carrying out property visits when requested.
Reviewing and collating documents.
Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks.
Maintain a compliant and accurate electronic files.
