The Role |
As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team, maintaining high standards.
* Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
* Supports food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs.
