Job summary We are seeking experienced Mental Health nurse prescribers to join our NHS Practitioner Health team. In this role, you will work as part of a multi professional team which includes doctors, specialist nurses, psychiatrists and therapists. You will review new patient referrals and carry out initial assessments for patients who register with the service.
