Lead Oracle HCM Functional Project Manager

£700 - £760/day
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Managerto drive the successful functional delivery of a major Oracle Fusion HCM implementation within a large enterprise environment. This is a key role within the Corporate IT team, working closely with SI partners, business SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the build, test, and cutover phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Functional delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour, and related modules.
2. Manage migration from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
3. Oversee integrations, data migration, security, testing, and technical workstreams.
4. Support dependent workstreams including transition, cutover, readiness, and communications.
5. Produce and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
6. Provide expertise in UAT and Payroll Comparison Testing.
7. Ensure quality stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the program.
Skills & Experience
8. Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
9. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour).
10. Experience migrating from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
11. Familiarity with modules reliant on HR data (Expenses, Procurement).
12. Proven track record delivering large, complex projects in enterprise environments (., FTSE 100).
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
