We’re looking for a pre-treatment team leader to join our team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Duties & responsibilities: • Lead and support the treatment team in day-to-day operations. • Act as a clinical and technical expert, advising on complex scenarios. • Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, HCPC standards, and HCA policies. • Maintain quality assurance and radiation safety protocols. • Support staff development through training, mentoring, and competency assessments. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient pathways. • Contribute to service development initiatives and audits. What you’ll bring: BSc or DCR in Radiotherapy. • Current HCPC registration. • Minimum 3 years’ radiotherapy experience. • Expertise in advanced techniques (DIBH, SABR, AlignRT). • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Experience with ARIA/Mosaiq and governance systems (QPulse, Datix). • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
