This is a full-time Theatre Team Lead role (37.5 hours per week) with no night shifts, offering a healthy work-life balance and the chance to work in a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Your Role as a Theatre Team Lead
You will:
* Lead and manage a small team within the orthopaedic theatre, supported by a Theatre Manager and Deputy.
* Deliver exemplary planned care for patients undergoing elective procedures.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating clinical excellence and leadership.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring development needs are met.
* Oversee equipment and implant bookings, liaising with company representatives as needed.
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.

What Were Looking For
You are:
* A Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration.
* Experienced in orthopaedic scrub (minimum 3 years) and familiar with other specialties.
* Skilled in team leadership and clinical supervision.
* Passionate about patient care and service improvement.
* Ideally holding a mentorship qualification and understanding of financial budgets.
