We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join an Outstanding SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in St Leonards-on-Sea. This is a full-time permanent SEN Teacher role working with pupils aged 5-16 years who require a nurturing, structured, and consistent environment to thrive.

Requirements - SEN Teacher:
11. QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification (essential)
12. Experience working in an SEMH or SEND setting is highly desirable
13. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
14. A calm, compassionate and resilient approach to teaching
15. Commitment to long-term, impactful teaching in a specialist setting
