Property Litigation Solicitor | 6+ PQE | Sussex/Hybrid
This is a newly created role, not a replacement. The work is already there. The demand is growing. What’s missing is a senior property litigator who can step in, take ownership, and help shape what comes next.
A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Sussex is expanding its Dispute Resolution team with a dedicated Property Litigation hire. You’ll work closely with an established team lead who is currently stretched, giving you immediate visibility, responsibility, and influence from day one.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied and high-quality property litigation caseload, with the autonomy to run matters independently while supporting the wider team’s growth.
* Expect a broad mix including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Leasehold and service charge issues
* Possession and forfeiture matters
* Property-related contractual disputes
Advisory and strategic input for commercial and residential clients
There is also scope to incorporate leasehold work if that aligns with your experience.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted to get on with it, while still having a strong team around them.
