The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen within Worcestershire for an experienced Project Manager to join their highly successful Homelessness Prevention Service. The service also delivers the SWEP Night Shelters across the six districts within the County. You'll need to have a flexible approach to working, to meet the needs of the service and be highly responsive to referrals for homelessness across Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will have relevant homelessness service experience. Travel will be required between service areas and occasionally the head office in Gloucestershire. Due to the nature of the travel, the successful applicant will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport. The role will also include line management of a team of dedicates Seniors, Co-ordinators and Support Workers who are delivering the service. Working in partnership with Stakeholders, Statutory and non-statutory partners, and reporting on internal and external contractual KPI's, legal and quality audit requirements.
