The Role
As our Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will be part of a creative team renowned for producing world‑class luxury events. You will:
* Design and execute digital‑first, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
* Attract and nurture luxury brands, partners, creators, and influencers
* Support audience growth and commercial targets through high‑quality lead generation and brand storytelling

This position combines tactical planning, creative innovation and hands‑on execution. You will be trusted to develop campaigns, build partnerships, and activate ideas – but also to personally deliver them across digital channels, content, social media, and community engagement.
If you are excited by luxury brands, culture, people, and experiences and motivated by building something meaningful rather than maintaining the status quo, this role will give you the space, autonomy, and platform to do exactly that.
Furthermore, in the next year, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to help launch a brand new event for the luxury market. There is the potential to have real creative influence and to help shape how the event evolves, how it is perceived, and how it connects with its audience – from luxury brands and partners to creators, ambassadors, and future communities. This is a Permanent (Full‑Time) opportunity reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Building and Campaign Execution
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
* Translate brand positioning into compelling, channel‑specific campaigns
* Own campaign timelines, execution, optimisation, and reporting
* Work closely with creative and content teams at PLE to successfully launch our next event brand and engage a new audience in the broader luxury industry
Digital, Social & Community Building
* Own day‑to‑day management of social media channels (currently Instagram and LinkedIn, but with scope to expand to TikTok and YouTube for our future event brands)
* Analyse and improve our social media and content strategy with a focus on building engagement and nurturing our existing community, alongside launching a new event brand to a wider audience
* Actively engage and collaborate with our online community, our event and brand partners and industry influencers to build brand loyalty and broaden awareness through wider advocacy
* Spearhead the development of ambassador programmes and membership‑style initiatives
Influencer, Brand & Ambassador Marketing
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with luxury influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
* Design influencer and brand collaboration campaigns that feel authentic, premium, and aligned with the brand’s ethos
* Leverage personal networks and industry insight to extend reach and credibility
Content & Creative Development
* Take the lead on content planning and creative ideation for our new event brand
* Develop briefs for designers, videographers, and external content creators
* Spot opportunities for storytelling across travel, fashion, arts, and culture
PR & Media Support
* Support the Director of Marketing with PR and media outreach, either directly or via an external agency
* Contribute to press materials, story angles, and campaign narratives
* Build relationships with relevant luxury, lifestyle, travel, and culture media where possible
Lead Generation & Commercial Support
* Design and execute lead‑generation campaigns to attract exhibitors, partners, and audiences
* Work closely with sales and buyer recruitment teams to align targeting and messaging
* Support audience segmentation, CRM activity, and campaign follow‑up strategies
* Track, analyse and report on campaign success to refine targeting and improve MQL to SQL conversion rates
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
* Collaborate with internal marketing, design, sales, and commercial teams
* Ensure marketing activity supports business objectives and event targets
* Share insights, results, and recommendations with stakeholders
Due to the nature of the company and the role, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to attend events and meet deadlines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within luxury and lifestyle, travel and events or premium brand environments
* Strong digital marketing capability across social, content, email, and campaign execution
* Experience launching or scaling brands, products, experiences, or events
* Hands‑on social media management and content planning experience
* Strong creative instinct and eye for luxury branding and storytelling
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Data savvy and commercially astute
* A proactive, self‑starting mindset – someone who enjoys getting stuck into a task and seeing it through
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or creator communities
* PR or media campaign experience, or experience working with PR agencies
* Experience supporting or launching large‑scale events or experiential brands
* Existing network or contact book within luxury, lifestyle, travel, or creative industries
* Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Figma, Adobe, Pardot etc)
* Experience of and interest in AI‑first marketing tools and learning
Benefits
* Basic salary of £38,000 – £42,000, depending on experience and skills
* 36 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays), with additional days awarded for length of service
* Hybrid working pattern with an alternating rota (2 days one week, 3 days the next)
