Job Title: Data Centre Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2
Location: London
Remuneration: £28 per hour
Contract Details: Until 30th June 2026
Responsibilities:
* Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
* Utilise process knowledge and best judgment to complete tasks without direct supervision.
* Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and Rack Movement Supervisor activities.
* Ensure thorough physical inventory tracking and staging.
* Conduct inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Centre regulatory compliance audits.
* Manage material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard processes.
* Follow documented procedures for the destruction of data-bearing devices (DBD).
Requirements:
* Experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment, inventory management, retail, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Previous data centre experience is preferred.
