We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations to join our front of house catering team. The successful candidate should be skilled in leading, motivating, and developing teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in restaurant operations from a supervisor level and above
* Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team of staff
* Knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Licensing Legislation, Food safety, and health and safety Regulations
* Develop and implement outstanding customer care standards and procedures
* Strong communication skills
* Training orientation
* Self-motivated, analytical, objective, innovative, and assertive
* Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy
* Tenacity while being a good team player
