My client is a seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Head of Legal and the broader business for an iconic London development which is currently expanding its portfolio with new exciting phrases where you’ll focus on development and project work.
The ideal candidate will have Real Estate and Asset Management Paralegal experience. This role offers a unique chance to provide legal advice on real estate, corporate, and general commercial matters.
Responsibilities
* You will support the Head of Legal and the entire team on preparing draft documents.
* Reviewing, analysing, and organising legal documents for various corporate, real estate, construction and financial transactions.
* Organising and managing online datarooms for project documents on key transactions.
* Maintaining and updating legal documents trackers and databases.
* Assisting with preparing third party rights notices and collateral warranties.
* Issuing out/file management of hardcopy documents.
* Training the legal team and performing other duties as assigned, including general administrative support, where required.
* Reviewing all heads of terms, abstracting critical information to be recorded on the company's management system.
* Preparation of legal notices for various departments, including 1954 Act notices.
Qualifications
* You will have relevant property/construction sector experience.
* Experience in residential conveyancing transactions preferred, but not essential.
* Ideally you will have a transactional background.
Required Skills
* Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
* Excellent document management skills.
* Ability to prioritise work to deadlines, whilst managing multiple tasks.
* Completing long-term projects while also managing a busy daily workload.
Pay range and compensation package
For the right candidate there is a competitive salary with a discretionary bonus (up to 25% of salary), a 10% pension, private healthcare, and 25 holiday days which increases by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 3 additional days.
