Doncaster College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment to deliver high-quality teaching across our T Level and further/higher education programmes. Responsibilities
* Deliver and assess a range of construction and built environment courses
* Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area development
* Lead or support course teams and ensure effective programme delivery
* Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression
* Participate in quality assurance, course verification, and curriculum planning
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
* Engage in professional development and contribute to departmental improvement
Essential Criteria / Qualifications
* A HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
* Demonstrable industry experience
* Experience in a lecturing or training role within FE or HE
* Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and internal quality processes
* Strong ICT skills and the ability to use digital tools in teaching
