Managing the bars and lounge at the venue
Supervising and encouraging junior members of staff
Be a Customer Service Champion and lead by example
Duty Management role
Driving sales and achieving targets
Hands on, floor based role
The Person- Bars Manager
Outgoing friendly and professional
Good knowledge of food, wine, whiskey and cocktail knowledge
Already working in a food led dining pub, hotel or restaurant to rosette service levels
Good knowledge of standards
Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
