Responsibilities
* Providing high‑quality service to resolve disputed card transactions for both cardholders and merchants.
* Applying Mastercard chargeback rules accurately and promptly to ensure fair outcomes for our customers and the bank.
* Demonstrating empathy and educating customers on dispute outcomes, even when unfavourable.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to team‑wide enhancements.
* Participating in cross‑training to boost personal development and team capability.
* Ensuring the effective, timely, and accurate delivery of a high level of customer experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A strong understanding of relevant regulatory obligations, ensuring our processes remain compliant while operating efficiently and effectively.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Experience in banking, financial services, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
